About Us

Point Nine offers complete middle and back office solutions to Financial Institutions. We offer our clients all aspects of middle and back office infrastructure, from services to technology.

Our operations team, in combination with our proprietary developed web-based operations platform, help our clients to complement their existing middle and back office operations or even become their complete one-stop middle and back office solution.

Point Nine was founded in 2002 by Yannis Matsis, a banker with many years of experience in managing derivative trading teams, and Pavlos Christoforou, a technology specialist experienced in building large scale web applications. Their complimentary backgrounds, experiences and competencies form the foundation on which Point Nine can build a thorough service to its client community.

In 2010 the company added Ambasuthan Jananayagam as a partner of the firm. Ambasuthan brings extensive experience in structuring, trading and other aspects of investment banking. His experience is contributing to the on-going product development and marketing side of Point Nine.
